There was no option, Oscar was acting as Ricky's promoter. If you watch the fight again, you'll see a Golden Boy Promotions patch on Ricky's trunks.

It's far from being a tougher fight for Floyd . . . it's an eassier fight with bigger money.

I thought DLH had an option on the PBF fight because of their fight.....are you sure there was no one time option?

There was a Mayweather promotions banner up over the ring, meaning the fight was co-promoted by Mayweather and DLH. DLH acted as Ricky's promoter. So if there was an option, DLH wasted it as Mayweather served as his own promoter and DLH would've been involved anyway due to his affiliation with Ricky.

He will actually serve as the co-promoter on all three fights. If Oscar runs the show, how come Floyd is now deciding when the fight takes place?

Why do I need to get over it? You care about it more than I do....I simply pointed out that he is not actually Mayweather's boss, since he is his own promoter and is picking when and where he fights. And who....

From what I am seeing, Hatton had his own promoter, Mayweather promoted himself, and DLH had the option to promote Mayweathers next fight based on a deal coming from THEIR fight. That's why it was co-promoted between them. But he wasn't Hatton's promoter. He is with someone called Fight Academy.

That's you guessing. You got any proof? I need concrete numbers, something in writing, a link. Something that proves Mayweather works for GBP. Mayweather Productions was started with his money, and is not listed as a subsidiary of GBP.

Your posts clearly indicate a dislike of Mayweather, so excuse me for thinking you're a bit biased. I don't particularly care what Mayweather makes, promotes, or whatever. But I don't think you're accurate in saying he is Mayweather's boss.

Boxers fight for money, then pride, you know who wins between the two?
I don't blame Floyd nor De la Hoya, but I don't care too much for this fight. There still people who are going to buy this, I'm not.

Are you on Oscar's payroll also? You seem to be pole jocking him pretty hard.
