Surely, we will, at SOME point down the line, see a meaningless rematch between DLH & Trinidad. Not that I would object to that, but it's bound to happen at SOME point.

Yesterday there was a link clearly stating that DLH plans to move on, now they say he will retire. Not clear yet till that fight is done with.

I thought he might finish off with Hatton on cinco de mayo and make another billion.

I would rather see that match than him vs Pac bro. IMHO it would sell better too eventhough its almost 10 years too late.....

If Pac knocks him out, as Roach is certain he will do, it will most certainly be the end of Oscar. Hell, if Pac the dwarf even outpoints Oscar it will be such an embarrassment that he'll have to retire.

    Wrong!

DLH has already reneged on that too.
Now Oscar is saying that he will decide his future after the Pacquiao fight.

You can no longer believe anything DLH says.

DLH fights after Pac no matter what. If he somehow lost then he would want a rematch.

De La Hoya will move on next to fighting P4P rated woman boxers.

Fighters always say they are going to retire. They rarely do until they suck and get beat by guys they would've beaten years earlier.

The Golden Fishnet will fight again in 2009. If not, then 2010.

After Pacquiao, who will De la Hoya fight next? The winner of Calderon- Cazares?

    What a *****.
