Tito knew he couldn't beat Oscar... that's all.

I don't think DLH & Arum wanted it. Not because DLH was scared, but because they didn't wanna risk messing up DLH plans by taking another loss.

"Tito knew he couldn't beat Oscar" ? huhhh?

The rematch was supposed to happen. Not because either one was scared. But mainly because of money. DLH always wanted 70-30 purse. Tito wanted 50-50.

    I don't know.

I have no idea why the fight didn't happen.

All I know is that Oscar whooped him the first time. :good

Oscar didn't whoop him buddy. At most a 7-5 decision for him or a draw, but it was no whooping. A whooping is a shutout such as Tito vs. Winky or Oscar vs. Manny.

To say Tito was scared to fight Oscar is ridiculous. At least Tito wanted to engage in the 1st fight and wanted to go toe to toe but Oscar had planned before the fight that he was only going to "box him." Jesus, what happened to Oscar's Mexican warrior mentality? Oscar got 60% of the money in the first fight and Tito 40%. And if there was a rematch Oscar wanted a 70-30 split. Tito wanted 50-50. So unfortunately it never happened.

I know Oscar is the biggest draw out there but it is not as if he was going to win 10%; can't he just do 50-50, down the half against Tito? Unfortunately I think now its too late. They should both just ****ing retire.

No, a whooping is winning nearly every round, which is what Oscar did before he decided to get on his bike. Did Tito actually "win" any rounds? Or did Oscar simply lose a few?

Regardless, Oscar won ever with the running. Blatant robbery.

    I laugh.

Because everybody knows who really won the fight. It's the same with Lewis-Holyfield and Chavez-Whitaker. People will look back and ignore what the record says, because reality was a whole different story. What a boxing clinic it was.

WTF!! 70-30? if DLH wants to prove that he was supposed to be the winner then they could have arranged a better purse. like 60-40

by the was was the DLH vs pacman a 60-40 purse?

Hahaha LOL, I didnt know you were so sensitive about your golden girl, who just QUIT against a 5"5 tall, 135 pounder who began at 105.

Watch that fight again CAREFULLY without sound. In round 1 both didn't do ****. Rounds 2, 4, and 9 were close. Trinidad swept 10-12. Oscar for sure 3, 5,6,7,8. IT WAS CLOSE. No robbery. Just get over it. And in case you wanna give the nod to Oscar well i'm a nice guy, I'll let you have it, but then lets take away Oscar's wins against Pea, Ike, and Sturm. Nice playing this game huh???

I couldn't care less what you do with the other fights. Fact is Oscar beat Tito's ass all night.

    :bbb:hi:

P.s. Round 10 was far closer than round 9, which was a clear Oscar round.
