If I were a fighter who fought between welter and middleweight during my career I would be more ashamed in QUITTING against a guy who started at 105 (even if he is #1 P4P) than against a guy who even fought at heavyweight like RJJ. Does it matter if PAC is #1 P4P? Not necessarily. What if this generation's best fighter had been a 122 pounder? Does that mean it would have been OK for a welter like Oscar to lose against a 122 pounder? NO way. P4P doesn't matter in this case. Manny had only fought once at 135!!, two categories below welter. Oscar was a 2-1 favorite, he was supposed to knock him the **** out due to the incredible size disparity.

Then lets put Manny and Roy in a ring then and we''ll settle this. Cool?

It should've happened, and it only hurts Oscar's legacy that it didn't, because he wouldn't won handily (well, more so than he did).

I live in Melbourne, aka. the world's second most livable city according to the Economist. New York would be lucky to be top 50. Have you ever set foot outside of the States? I've been to over 25 countries. I've experienced first-hand how **** America is, no need to be jealous. First of all the fight was a kinda let down for the build up and at this point the weight would be a big issue.

 

Um yeah I have set foot out of the US. I was in the army. I've been stationed all over the world. I have traveled to every continent except australia(never had the need to nor have I been interested) and antartica. I have fought in war for my country and I tell you that my country is the envy of every country in the world. Deal with it. God bless America. I can name at least 5 american states who contribute more to the world than your insipid country. So really, just quit now buddy. You got massively owned today. The fight didnt happen because of Oscar and Arum. The rematch clause on the first contract signed for the first fight, said the only thing that would change would be the names. For instance, Tito's name would go where Oscar's name was on the first fight and Tito would make what Oscar made. Arum's name as promoter would be replaced by Don King's name. That was the agreement but Oscar and Arum didnt want no part of it. Neither guy showed up to the meeting in NYC the week after their first fight to make arrangements for the rematch. Instead Oscar went for Mosley and LOST again! Then he decided to take some time off from boxing and become a singing star LMAO...He sold like 30 cds...Anyways Tito went on to better and bigger things....:good
