    Pace himself better mainly and keep a tighter guard. He was blocking well early on and landing well, dong his usual thing. But the tide turned in about Round 5 or so and then Bivol took over from there. If he maintain his early success and repair the leaky gas think I think is capable of pulling it off but it won't be easy. Maybe go back to the meat diet and be more disciplined in and outside of the ring. Also throw more jabs and straight rights down the pipe instead of looping hooks over the top which won't work as good on Bivol or connect as well. The uppercuts were connecting well, more of those too.

    I get your drift but I can't be bothered to correct you regarding all the parts I disagree with, because even if I did have the energy, and it wasn't gone 7am and I wasn't exhausted, I still couldn't be bothered :lol:

    I think he was probably right to fight as he did, so Canelo didn't get credit for coming forward all night.

    Plus being more willing to engage probably help gass Canelo

    In the last two rounds he was literally standing forehead to forehead to with him which was risky because Clen might have been able to thread big uppercut through the middle and salvage victory from the jaws of defeat. Maybe he saw that Clen was gassing and his punches had lost steam but with a bigger ring Clen would find it even harder to close the distance and Bivol could use his step back and counter with those fast combos of his and he would win even more easily.
