Buatsi is classy too, he's not shy in giving (well-deserved) credit to Bivol.

 

Has a Russian Father and a Korean Mother, ala GGG. He may have great chin to boot!

 

It seems these Russian/Korean mixes create titanium bodies, we will see.

 

Bivol, Beterbiev and Gvodzyk are all far ahead of where Kovalev was at the 11-13 fight stage in their respective pro careers. That's pretty scary thought.

 

I'm a big Kovalev fan but those guys are a tad bit more talented than him. And they will show that in the next couple of years.

 

Bivol is extremely talented, quick, great balance, defense, he will become a champion!!!

 

Seems like a blue chip fighter but GE he ain't winning a belt at 175 now until we see how he handles getting punched in the balls

I don't think that Bivol's father is Russian, more like an ethnic Romanian from Moldova which was part of the Soviet Union. Bivol is a Slovenian and Romanian word for buffalo/ox. But it is hard to imagine that Bivol's father is a Slovenian, it is more likely that he is a Moldovan. Also, many Moldovan Romanians have the surname Bivol like these people:

Victor Bivol, Moldovan judoka
Nicolae Bivol (1882-1940), Moldovan politician
Constantin Bivol (1885-1942), Bessarabian politician

 

They also have trainers and promoters who look out for them and know what they are doing. Well, except Robert Garcia.

 

Yeah Robert Garcia's hopeful and little baby boy is Mikey. You can tell he favors him way over anybody else. Lol Which is no surprise
