I felt Kovalev had a more impressive win against a better version of Agnew.

every country portrays its enemies as cheaters, while the hometown boys are golden. it is like pro wrestling.

If I was Bivol's promoter, I would not put him in the ring with Kovalev, just yet...

lol@ the forum posters thinking they know whats better for Bivol than Bivol himself. I'd love to hear a valid argument why signing with Main Events wasn't a good idea... :confundio:

His chin is fine, but his defense is ****.
People keep forgetting that Kovalev is truly one of the best in boxing.
Kovalev will soon prove again that he is truly one of the 3 best p4p.

    :lol:Perfectly said.
All Beterbiev does is just walk in straight lines, no head movement, no idea on how to control the opponent or distance.
His guard is stationary and he doesn't know how to fight on the inside. Its frustrating to watch him fight. He barely sets up any of his punches.
Literally, the only reason he has had success in boxing is due to his chin, power and patience.

This delicious young lady interviewing Sergey can get it from me anytime she wants it. If you're attentive like I am you'll be able to find out what her name is and then her Instagram. That's what I'm talking about. :chuck:

Dmitry Bivol signed a co promotional deal with Main Events for the US market. He still is prmoted by World of Boxing for Russian and European market.

I'm really annoyed no real contender is lined up for Stevenson's WBC strap, which is basically being held hostage now since Adonis is only interested in fighting bums.

Beterbiev, Kovalev, Bivol... i'd hate to have a gun to my head and forced to choose between them.

edit: ok, thought about it. right now i'd have to pick Kovalev. i just hope these guys fight each other cause it could be some ATG battles. i'd like to see Bivol with some more experience first though.

A lot of people writting Kov off after the Ward fights. He went 1-1 against Ward in my opinion. Ward has the style that meshes well up against Kov, but not too many others do. Kov is still the top dog at 175! Bring your Bivols and Beterbiev and all the rest of them and Kov will send them on their way, with their tails stuck up their ass!
