You are just micro managing and being pedantic as usual. "He will get hit more by better fighters".

Yeah no kidding because that's what better fighters do. Everyone has things to work on but his defense is no cause for concern and different tactics will be used against fighters who bring more variety/skill to the table.

 

We have Jeff Horn and a few up and comers like George Kambosos jr who hopefully can bring us some glory and make up for farcical jokes like Danny Green and to a lesser extent Anthony Mundine.

 

Too bad.

Again, all I'm saying is that right now, with somewhat static head position, Bivol might eventually be put himself into a situation where he's tagged by something that will affect him more than it might have had he taken his head off the line.

It's not a matter of him getting hit more, because he doesn't get hit all that much for someone who spends so much time on the front foot. It's a matter of getting hit hard and not taking it so well as a result.

If you can't grasp the difference between the two concepts, that's on you.

Personally, I think Bivol should look to someone like Golovkin, who does keep his head off the line and moves his head with the incoming to take the sting off the shot.

But, whatever. Feel free to call me "waycist" because I don't view Bivol as being perfection personified in a boxing ring just yet. It's a lot easier for you to take that approach than to discuss those areas in Bivol's game which could use some additional refinement, isn't it?

Last night exemplified just how bad Froch is at scoring. Everyone but Froch (and Smith) had the Chisora fight close AF, yet that clown had it wide to Kabayel...and threw in his customary even round. Berk.

 

Bivol will knock Barrera out!!! Bivol not only has power, but he has really great technique.................

 

Bivol has the form, speed, and power to become a special fighter.

 

Btw, it saddens me that Bivol is now seen as a world champ, yet he has not fought a single top 10 contender.
