Let's not forget, Chahkhiev had a great amateur career and the guys he lost to were both former champs and legit cws, of which Durodola is neither. Not to say Chahkhiev is a world beater, because he's not, but Kudryashov is even below his level

After getting rocked a few times, I just don't understand why he didn't keep his hands up to block punches.

It's one of the worst habits a fighter can have...keep his hands down and jabbing from the hip. We all knew he was powerful, but he is just a caveman after all. Without good ring IQ, your power will only get you so far.
