I would love to see HBO give Kudrayashov a deal and make a card featuring him, Kovalev, and Golovkin.

Imagine Kudryashov-Makabu, Kovalev-Stevenson, and Golovkin-Cotto/Lemieux on one card. None of those fights would go the distance. :bbb

They should him move over to the states. He is a very marketable fighter with a fan-friendly style and murderous ko power in his fists.
If he moves over to the states and improves his english he could be a big star over there.

Yup. He ain't what he used to be, but he is one of the best cruiser champs ever, a legit heavyweight contender, and was on a winning streak. He should have been at the very least a live dog and he was KOd in one by what looked to be a glancing blow.

    Just wow.

This ^. I thought at the very least we'd get to see what Kudryashovs boxing skills were like into the later rounds and was half expecting it to go the distance. As you say Gomez is past his best, but he's always been tough and durable.

Thing is, we still don't know much about Dmitrys boxing skills - simply that he has bone rattling power. That said, he does seem pretty fluid in the ring, not the fastest, perhaps, but not notably slow for the weight either.

Apparently they're looking to put him in with a top 15 guy next (though we're talking about an ABC top 15 so it doesn't necessarily mean much) so we'll see how he does, but I suspect Kudryashov is close to being the finished article and probably could be put in with some of the best in the division.

Possibly, I've never been able to track down any info about that match and how and why the KD occurred, evidently he wasn't hurt too bad he stopped the guy I think in 3, it may have just been a slip ruled a KD, who knows. :conf
