I agree. That's what makes this matchup so exciting. Huge puncher's chance for Kudryashov.

He looked understandingly tense in his last fight and uncomfortable under pressure and it caused him to be a bit too stiff and load up on his shots too much IMO.

If Kudryashov is able to catch Dorticos with shots like Kalenga did, and Kalenga is pretty crude albeit very strong, tough and heavy handed, Dorticos is hitting that canvas hard and that's a testament to Kudryashov's power not a lack of mandibular fortitude on his part.

Kud's power reminds me of Foremans & Jacksons.

That kind of power which actually switches your brain off when it connects. He has a chance against anyone with it.

I don't know if you guys have watched closely both his fights with Durodola and his training afterwards, but for me Kudrashov has taken a big lesson from the first fight and has seriously improved since then. His defense is better, he "bobs and weaves" way more, he is trying to come at angle, instead of in a straight line. I believe he also mixes his punches better and is working on using more combos, instead of just relying on a single KO punch. Do nor get me wrong - he is no Mayweather, but he is not as raw as he used to be and (at least to my eyes) he is showing a better understanding of ring generalship. Not there yet, but a serious improvement.

Kudryashov weighted 200.5 lb, he has 2 hours to get rid of that 0.5 lb

He probably looks quite docile without it, I hope he doesn't cut it. I'd have to change my pick to Dorticos.

Just rewatched the Kalenga fight and I forgot how often Kalenga got through with shots on Dorticos. Dorticos has a chin on him for sure, though you don't want to give a puncher like Kuds any free shots. Leaning slightly more towards Kuds now, taking everything into account.

His power is immense for sure. Up there with Shavers at the very least, maybe even a harder puncher than some historically regarded heavyweights like Morrison or Ruddock.

He doesn't even look like he hits that hard, yet fighters repeatedly drop to the canvas and stay there.

I wonder how dmitry will deal with dorticos huge reach. at times kalenga was just walking him down, but kalenga is a tough nut.
