Do a large percentage of the hardest punchers in boxing usually had big, muscular legs?

There is a theory that power comes from the legs like Naz`s power at feather his legs were really thick in proportion to his body and he could really bang, Wilder,Hearns and Foster are exceptions to this rule, but are thin legged bangers more rare that thick legged thumpers past or present?

Wilder comes to mind as an exception, hes got chicken legs....and yet he is one of the hardest punchers to put on the gloves.
You can get power from your frame and get good leverage if you turn your body quick enough....having wiery frame seems to help Wilder to do this.

No there is not a 100% correlation between the two even if there is many that do.

Having tree trunk legs seems to help, but ultimately, it's down to technique applied.
