I think if there is one fighter out to do it, then it's him.

    Your thoughts?

    No chance for me.

Eventually people will appreciate just how good the two brothers are.

Boring as **** to watch, mind you.

    No chance mate.

Pulev worked harder than he should have had to beating Joey Abell in 5 getting knocked down for a count in the process.

A 21 stone version of Tyson Fury at his fattest beat Abell in 4 knocking him down 5 times.

Pulev also barely won a round in the first half of his fight vs a Tony Thompson.

Unfortunately as tough as Pulev is with a decorated amateur background (although he always lost repeatedly to the top dogs like Solis and Camarelle) he is too slow and featherfisted (sub 50% KO percentage) to be any trouble for Wlad.

He'll probably last until the Championship Rounds before being stopped or possibly even last the distance ... But I'll be shocked if he wins a round on the cards.

He is a notoriously slow starter as his last two fights vs Abell and Thompson show, and that is not what you want vs Wlad!

Pulev works the body well, if he can attack that early on and fight outside avoiding huge right hands, we could see an upset late in the fight.

I think he gives him a decent test but ultimately falls short by a late stoppage. I like Pulev and can see him winning a version of the Heavyweight Title in the next few years.

He is a good body puncher and that is how he stopped Abell and Sprott.

Unfortunately as Pulev cannot fight on the inside, the chances of him even landing one telling body shot against Wlad is beyond remote.

Someone like Chisora who can bob and weave and get on the inside and work any opponent because at 17 stone he can resist being leaned on would have a better chance than Pulev. Like Samuel Peter in fact!

The only other way of fighting Wlad IMO is by having a bigger reach and being able to also fight on the inside : Tyson Fury.

But I think Wlad will retire rather facing Fury as a mandatory. He can postpone him for 18 months.

I think Wlad would face Fury as a world champion. I don't think he is afraid of anyone, but I think he is calculated and careful with his choice of opponent as mandatories.

I reckon it'll go the full 12, but expect Wlad to win at least 9-10 of the rounds

He will lose . probably by points as wlad uses his jab and reach advantage and plays it safe all night.

I suspect Tyson Fury will be a pundit for Eurosport on the night so he will be entertaining even if the fight isn't.

    Will Shannon Briggs show up?
