Do any of you have the training routine's of any famous boxers

    Do any of you have the training routine's of any famous fighters

    e.g how many
    press ups, pull ups, sit ups, squats, chair dips did they do (please include the amount of sets and reps they did)

    how many rounds they did on the heavybag
    how long they skipped for
    how long they ran for
    how long they rested for in between exercise's


    Boxers routines I would like to know are

    Marvin Hagler
    Joe Louis
    Sugar Ray Robinson
    Pernell Whitaker
    Wilfred Benitez
    Roy Jones Jr
    Mike McCallum
    Floyd Mayweather Jr
    Evander Holyfield
    Lennox Lewis
    Michael Watson

    I would be gratefull of any boxers routines that you know of not just the ones I've listed

    Its impossible to provide a generic training routine, as there routines will continually change from week to week. Progression and periodisation.

    Indeed. A trainer designed their routines with them in mind, and tailored towards their current goals. Following Tyson's routine will not make you Tyson.
