Do Cotto, Mayweather, Judah really belong at Welter or are they too small?

PBF is best suited for 140.

Cotto went from being a natural welterweight to being too small overnight. He does belong at welter imo but more than the size difference against Marg he needed a better game plan. He expected to hit and run all night, he should have trained for going forward against Marg as the inside trading always benefitted Cotto but then he would back away after hitting Marg hard for no reason and just go on the backfoot again. But before this everyone was saying he was too big for 140.

Mayweather is a natural welter as well. Of course Mayweather and Cotto will look small compared to Williams but so would've Hoya and Trinidad. The truth is Williams and Margo are just big guys but this does not mean a smaller guy in same weight division can't beat them as Quintana proved in first fight or as Mayweather proved against a 154 pd Hoya.
