Do fat burning tablets mess with your heart?

I never knew about this, it's a good thing I already drink a lot of it

 

I have tried a couple of different fat burners and I wouldn't recommend any that I've used. None have ever helped to burn fat to the extent where they are worth tolerating side effects.
