fighters aging is a myth. they don't age like "real" people, but stay young forever and eventually get beaten by better fighters.
The premise of the thread is true. Sometimes fighters do just meet their kryptonite. But the examples you've brought up are beyond nonsensical.
Hopkins is 50 and still fighting high level. Foreman came back at 45 after a decade hiatus. Jones didnt get old he was figured out clearly from his success against low comp. Ali was picked to beat Holmes at the time. Floyd is 38 and has success still using a young mans style.
Many of the old old school fighters had lost many fights by KO, yet when a new guy does it, with 100's of less fights, he is automatically "shot".\ these guys were fighting more often, and getting hit more often and with smaller gloves. Yet cotto was stopped my Marg and Pac and he was "shot". Only to become MW champ and have a great payday fight vs Canelo. History repeats itself
Maybe you are stupid, well not maybe you are. Boxers are not human they dont age, and dont lose attributes with age atsch
Jones dropped alot of weight after campaigning at heavyweight and Ali, well, he had a little thing called PARKINSON'S!
Yea, Cotto's comeback is remarkable, he had the cojones to face Maravilla, a fighter Mayweather and Pacquiao were ducking to fight even at 154. But... Maravilla was clearly in the decline himself and it was pretty well known he had bad knee problems. So Cotto, despite being an underdog, took the risk and with the help of Roach, who's also a great matchmaker.
I just saw Jack Johnson down the local glass store. You should check out your local glass store. There's bunches of glass stored there. Really can get bang for your buck down there dudes. But watch out you don't get sold down the river to the Star Ferry.
