I hated it when they did that ****. Home made cookies and brownies or demanding to go "out" when I was in full swing for working out.

I think some people actually do that **** on purpose. They resent your progress and stuff.

The freinds na not really they seem to and always have understood that when im serious about training or my diet im serious enough to whoop there ass into the ground if they **** things up. My mother now oh lordy shes a whole different story shes always begging me to buy the family Pizza knowing that if I buy u and have to look at it im not strong enough to avoid eating 8 pieces. Then she buys Burger King before I go to work and I have to eat because I feel bad then it makes me feel bloated and I **** violently at work.

Lol harsh why would your mum do that. I dont exactly get the most support for boxing but as for keeping fit i do get support for the most part (except when im skipping in the living room and there trying to watch tv). As for making me eat pizza i can do that all by myself :dead

I've even had boxing coaches insist I go to the tin shack beer joint next to the gym for a cold one, " come on, you can always run four extra miles. " No thanks, I'd rather not drink the beer and save myself some time and wear and tear on my feet.

I understand what your saying, same thing happens to me. But I do see what they are trying to say. It's good to take a break every once in awhile and just let that training sink in. Plus nothing is wrong with nice cold one after a long week of training.
