Yeah, no ****. There can be be NO question that glass jaws exist in boxing and that having a sturdy mandible must have one. It doesn't guarantee success in the sport, but the lack of one almost surely guarantees failure.

I feel that the opponents of the fighter with a glass jaw should be more protected in the ring. If you look at the photo, you can clearly see that poor Mr Garcia is in serious danger of fragmented glass entering his eyes...

No. Poor defense and posture exists and lacking the desire to get up from a punch exists etc... But the idea of some guys having "fragile chins" on some physiological level is just silly.
