agree 100%...there's a lotta dudes who watch a fight and simply because kellerman or lampley or paulie says so-and-so did good or got robbed or whatever, those dudes will repeat the same schit, practically verbatim. then when you point out that their arguement doesn't hold water, despite the fact they heard it on tv and they might have been influenced by the commentary, of course they're gonna say " i think for myself. i don't let these guys tell me what to think"....but of course they do...partly because they're stupid and partly because people LIKE to be told what to think, because they're scared to be wrong and because thinking and ****yzing for yourself takes work.
THIS is the real issue in boxing. Too many 10-9 rounds that don't differentiate your typical round 1 (not much action) to a round where a fighter fairly decisively wins a round (which almost never get scored 10-8 ) I mean, even something like a half point would be an improvement.
