Upon re-watching it Garcia was getting some decent punches in throughout round 2 & 3 despite bieng outlanded and bieng rather sloppy.

Khan will not beat him in a rematch, there is nothing that Khan has that Danny is going to respect, he doesnt hit that hard, he doesnt have a chin he has **** defense and **** footwork doesnt really have good counter punchin skills.

Garcia knocks him out again with the left hook again.....

 

That's how I see it. It was a timed counter, not a "lucky punch"; those don't exist in boxing, you make your own luck. Khan fought with more flaws than usual, but he payed for it because of Garcia's doing. I also favor Khan in a rematch, assuming he boxes more disciplined and to his strengths.

 

Khan got caught with some big shots and Garcia beat him legitimately. Garcia though doesn't appear to be anything special he isn't that quick and he really telegraphed those punches. If khan would have stuck and moved it would have been a different fight

They bought into the hype and believed Amir is better than he really is. Making a rationalization about how DANI managed to get in a lucky shot lets them feel better about being wrong and fooled. It's hard for them to admit DANI is the better man after having such high hopes in Amir.

Watch the tape clearly with the sound off, and you'll see that DANI was outboxing Amir. There was nothing lucky about that left hook that was the beginning of the end.

DANI used a similar head feint against a crafty and intelligent veteran, Tijauna, to put him on his AZZ too via left hook.

DANI is a smarter fighter than Amir.

 

If they rematch fairly soon, there's no logic behind the odds favoring Amir.

Let's not imagine a fairy tale about how Amir was outclassing DANI until luck picked up DANI allowing him to get in a nice punch.

You sure do make your own luck. He turned that hook and closed his eyes and possibly said, "I hope I catch him with this". Khan helped by charging in wildly. It was a no look punch. Many fighters do it. Martinez is notorious for it. Pazienza use to do it all the time when the bell rang that would be one of his punches and hoping the fight ends quickly which it did for Rosanblatt. Honestly, I told Dana to watch out for Paz's **** talk and that punch.

 

Having the sound off is not going to help. He threw a hook with his eyes closed. He knew he was in trouble and even his corner felt the same. He was being outboxed and was cut badly. Khan got excited and thought he could have his way with him and bang. Unless we have different versions of this fight with one Garcia having his eyes open and the other with his eyes closed. Anyway, luck or no luck, Garcia was the winner and now he will face Morales. It be messed up if Garcia were to lose to Morales and then..........

 

Garcia landed a BEAUTIFUL counter! NO LUCK INVOLVED!!! If you think it was LUCK, ya don't know **** about boxing, sorry sorry!

 

Then that means Prescott was a fluke too and Khan never requested a rematch.
