    Kovalev dislikes him intensely, look at the glare Kovalev gives him when his not faking his smile when Stevenson occasionally turns away.

    I have read a new Kovalev interview (translated from Russian), he didn't say much about Stevenson, he says he moved on, accepted that Stevenson is not a possible foe for him. He hates Pascal and Sillakh though.

    I think they both hate each other. I wouldn't consider this video friendly at all to be honest. Especially considering you're on camera and trying to make a fight.

    It's funny MVC mentioned that, because as soon as I saw that video, it reminded me of Roach's comments that they were hugging after the fight.

    I love the way Duva is always at Sergey's side like some inseparable duo from Game of Thrones.

    Kovalev has an edge to him he is one of those fighters like Duran that will create a reason in his mind not to like someone. Some fighters he goes against I'm sure it's more difficult than others but I think he has a genuine dislike of Stevenson and a few other fighters

    Then they pulled out of the purse bids. Main Events were not willing to send him to Showtime for the fight.
    His team has to share a large part of the blame for the fight not happening.

    You can't really blame Superman at all.

    A shame . It was #1 on my want list.

    Stevenson has one mode of attack , but its an extremely dangerous and effect one. Would've been a great fight imo.

    Had Stevenson stayed at HBO (you know, the network that built him up) the fight would have happened already...
