You're crazy Gamboa has one of the best 19 fight resumes I've ever seen. He's fought 4 high risk/low reward fights in a row cause top guys don't want a piece of him, he's forced to fight guys that bring little to the table in terms of $$ and name recognition but lots in risk and he's looked great. He's only fought guys with good records, all winning records and was fighting better guys by his 10th fight than most do by their 25th. In his 3rd fight he KO'd a guy that was 40-11, by his 6th he was KO'ing a guy that was 25-1. He made mince meat out of Mtagwa who Juanma barely beat (arguable draw) and struggled with.

Gamboas resume is excellent for where he's at in his career. He's fought a lot of quality boxers and unlike most fighters he'll fight anyone which is proven by his high risk/low reward fights he's had to take since becoming champ. He's exactly what boxing needs- excitement, power, willing to fight the best, hunger.

That being said I think him vs Juanma is 50/50. Junamas got that power and relentlessness that just might tap yuri's chin.

It can go either way. People weren't talking this much **** after Gamboa fought Salido. He looked great last night so all of the sudden Lopez doesn't stand a chance.

    That's a beast garfios you got, Gamboa.:good

I still thinks he relies too much on his athletism when he goes there with his hand low beating up his opponents with his greaters hand speed and exellent reflexes. But he has been dropped few times because of it already..

    Gamboa is fun to watch.

I have been watching his Fights since hw fought N.H.Paniqua Germany and he made me somewhat a Fan.

I'm definitely a fan of both guys but no1 has the complete upperhand imo...ppl are goin on like Juanma is gonna be overwhelmed by Gamboa....newsflash guys, they will train accordingly!

I see Yuri fans talkin bout his speed but what happens when Lopez connects with power? (And he will connect!)

really worried about old greedy bob stopping this fight. Hardcore fans deserve this fight. two undefeated powerpunchers who are the main movers and shakers in their division. Both are prime, both want it.

I think by the time the fight gets made, Gamboa might be the favorite. Mainly because he looks more impressive with his blend of speed and power. But come fight night, I agree it's a very close fight. The only deluded ones here are the ones who think either guy doesn't have a shot against the other.

no way was that mtagwa fight was a draw. he got caught late but that doesnt take away from dominatin up until he got caught. you are right tho gamboa has got a great resume but juanma's is better. I do agree it being a 50/50 fight but thats because juanma is vilnurable. if juanma had better d he would be the better fighter.imo but since he is vulnarble its a toss up.
