    Haye with his mother.....

hmm where does this stand...... since this is basically a racial thread. I supposed the white and black people can back Haye.... he's one of their own. :hi:

Haye - born here, grew up here, has ancestory of these islands
Klitschko - no ties to the UK whatsoever.

Dumbass. ....... Finland........ a country that is sh1t at everything.

Majority of Americans are rooting for Haye because he is black.

It's normal for a black person to root for another black person. The same goes for any other race or nation.

Don't see why one should be picked out for it.

This is what I don't get. Haye is mixed ...not black. He is just as much white as he is black. Lol! I'm rooting against him because the Wladimir is one of my favorite fighters and Haye is a D-bag.

Outside the USA the in the western world England has the highest black poputation of black people born in the country, France has alot of brothers but majority be born outside of the country.
you telling me Birimingham, Manchester even nottingham have 99.99 % white? get hte fuk outta here! U must live in a igloo or sommat without tv?

I dont look at boxing as countrified sport - I prefer to see each boxer as an individual identity of their own - so root for a boxer not a country or colour.
I'm British and I would like Klit to win, because he is more deserving in comparison of what he has done at heavy weight.
I think Klit will win because I don't believe Haye is the genuine article, all talk and bluster with no substance. I think Haye will be a rabbit trapped in headlights on July 2nd and the fight will end after the first meaningful exchange - I would have prefered to have seen Bruno , Hide or Mason in this situation.

    That's true.

But the thing is, through my experience, I've noticed that those who are of mixed heritage (black and white), they tend to have a stronger affiliation with their black side. So much so, that even their friends, be they black or white, would regard them as being more black then they are white.

But, this does depend a lot on social circle of that person of mixed heritage.

Haha, this is certainly one of the strangest threads I've come across in a while. I'm British and very much doubt Haye will win, though it would be foolish to write him off completely. For the record, I'm more of a fan of Wlad than I am of Haye.

We Brits can be quite a cynical bunch, you know :verysad. Plenty of fans here regard Haye as an irritating fraudster who is in over his head. Add to that, most people in Britain couldn't give two shits about boxing anyway...
