I don't think there is a past opponent of Pacquiao's who doesn't like him. The dude is so humble and kind, it's practically impossible to not like him. Bradley seems to love Pacquiao and gushes about him in interviews. Cotto and Pacquiao are friends now, and according to Roach, really like each other. Clottey seemed to love Pacquiao and they could only smile at each other in the face off. I remember watching a video of Marquez and Pacquiao and they were laughing with each other in a parodical interview where Pac pretended to be a reporter for Marquez. I mean, there's a reason rarely any of his opponents have trash talked him or acted hard, besides Bradley who said it was because he was nervous. It's because he's a respectable person! I think the only person out there that truly, genuinely dislikes Pacquiao is Floyd Mayweather. It seems to go both ways too since Mayweather is the only opponent Pacquiao has ever insulted publicly. . . and sued, lol.
Correct! Marquez and Beristain have always spoken highly of Pacquiao. Nothing but respect and admiration from Marquez' camp's end. The same cannot be said of Pacquiao's camp. Roach hates both Marquez and Beristain with a passion. Pac stays mum on the topic, he say's Marquez is a great fighter, but in the past when asked to rate the best fighters he's faced, he's spoken more highly of MAB and Morales.
You really are a hatred filled troll.. The Question was do Pac and JMM like each other? You just cant help but drag it to your ***** level..Now please F()CK off
What I just posted relates to whether Pacquiao likes Marquez. I dont think he does. I think he respects Marquez, but does'nt like him. Superman does'nt like kryptonite, Pacquiao does'nt like Marquez!
Most fighters are pretty ridiculous when it comes to admitting when they've lost. But Marquez has a better than average case. Three of the fights with Pacquiao were very close but Marquez was really only robbed once in the third one. And he was robbed against Chris John, and robbed of a draw against Bradley. I can't think of anyone who's had more questionable decisions go against them besides maybe Pernell Whitaker. I think Marquez doesn't question the Mayweather decision because it was so obvious, and was probably even obvious to him while he was in there. It probably stings less since Mayweather is so much bigger than him too, so he probably consoles himself that if he were the same size he'd have kept things as close as he does with Pacquiao. Another reason why he might have trouble admitting other fighters could beat him and not Mayweather is because he's so craft oriented. Usually, when people beat him it's through having a physical advantage. Pacquiao is stronger and faster for instance. I think that if all of their physical attributes were equal Marquez would get the better of Pacquiao and Mayweather. Going on roids really evened things out between him and Manny after all these years.
Still confused on how people believe Marquez won the third fight when numbers say otherwise. Pacquiao out-landed him in total punches and power punches. Pacquiao threw much more, while STILL landing at similar connect rate and having a significantly higher connect rate in power punches. I'm not saying it was a blowout, but you can't say it was a robbery either. Judges saw with their eyes that Pacquiao won, while not even seeing the compubox that also says he won. So, how can we scream robbery? Pacquiao did look like **** in that fight. His documentary, Manny, explained it was because of some affair drama.(Which news outlet reported after the fight and turned out to be true) Jinkee found out he was sleeping with some other chick(s), and she was fed up, asking for divorce, and refusing to stay with him and go to the Marquez fight...all taking place on fight night. I'm not saying that justifies him winning, heck no. Regardless of what turmoil was going on at home, he still won the fight.
