    Mayweather is better in every category than Marquez . Defense, counter punching, punching accuracy, etc. THAT's why he dominated him, not the physical advantages.

    Floyd had significant physical advantages over the Marquez that came up from 135 lbs, not to mention that Floyd still failed to make weight. Couple that with Marquez not being nearly as effective when coming forward is what led to the lopsided loss. Marquez is a better combination puncher and a comparable counterpuncher but is less effective when initiating action.
