Nope, I don't agree.

 

Mosley must hit pretty ****ing hard. He landed shots to the body and head of Margarito that came straight from the depths of hell. I would say that Mosley hasn't been the biggest hitter as he's bounced around the classes. But against Margarito he threw and landed a fusilade of hard punches that were more forceful and damaging than anything seen in the division in years. Life is complicated.

Perhaps having that type of target deemed indestructible in front of him brought out something supernatural. Those blows were outrageous. That left handed superman punch that he hurt Margarito with to set up the first knockdown was extremely cartoonish.

 

I think I'll still go for Cotto in this...

NO. I don't believe Marg was half the man he was when he fought Cotto. Add to that the fact he used clinching, and body shots to wear Marg down...You don't need to hit hard. He's probably one of smartest WW's...Not the hardest hitting.
Cotto, and Paul Williams surely beat him at power punching. Clottey I'd have to say is physichally stronger.

 

with 1 punch when he loads up and puts his whole body into it, i think mosley hits much harder than cotto. just my opinion, could be wrong.

 

Cotto does NOT hit harder than Mosley. Yes Cotto has a better left hook to the body, but that was not the question....

COTTO DOES NOT HAVE MORE POWER THAN MOSLEY.... IT TOOK HIM 11 ROUNDS TO TKO ZAB - AND IMO ZAB COULD'VE CONTINUED (although he was stopped for the best. He wasn't doing jack at that point).

 

I reckon Williams might have slightly better one punch power.

 

i think he hits harder than i thought, but not the hardest hitting. those bodyshots ****ed margo just like i always said they would. At the end of the 3rd round he was already, tired, his trainers even notice it.
