Do people realize Deontay Wilder has won one fight in 4 years?

And a dodgy one, at that.

Just curious because we keep hearing about how it is clear that Wilder will beat Joshua. Joshua has won more fights in four months that Wilder has won in four years, including one against the guy Wilder beat.

Yeah, Wilder looked better against the common opponent, but the fight looked suspicious, and it can be argued that Joshua also knocked Helenius out the second he decided to step on the gas anyway.

    Just a little strange.

That’s what I’m saying. This is AJ’s 2nd win this year. Fury, Usyk, and Wilder haven’t stepped in the ring once in 2023. AJ may very well be the lower of the bunch, but at least he actually does his job. He has one of the most respectable careers today.

QFT. I agree, he may not be the top heavyweight at the moment but at least he is stepping in the ring.

yea but in fantasy matchups wilder and fury beat every opponent. Wilder KO’s any heavyweight in two rounds and Fury kills everyone ,well almost everyone except his daddy Wallin .

I really can’t understand why people talk about Usyk like that, painting him with the same brush as the other two. There’s difference between inactivity and inactivity. Usyk and his team were lead down the garden path and their time was wasted big time for around half a year. When someone is talking about how inactive Usyk is, hence insinuating it could be deliberate, there must be an agenda behind their wording like that as no sane person would believe that a 36-year-old unified champion with tons of mandatories and who is desperate to become undisputed actually aims to fight only once per year.

I don't count the wins. I count the knock downs. He's still knocking people down or out, and his 3 fights vs Fury - if not confidence killers well it's experience i guess. Helenius he landed and it looked easy. I think he needs someone before january but with no anmouncement that's unlikely, sadly.

And Joshua is 4-3 since 2019 aswell, except Joshua has had two warm ups in that time vs Franklin, Helenius, in which he didn't impress.

Yeah Wilder lost to Fury so would Joshua, but Wilder still went out there looking for KO vs Fury in their 3rd fight. And did an impressive 1 round job on Helenius, who Joshua looked tentative against an opponent with a weeks notice.

I think overall it's more to do with the fact that Joshua looks mentally shot as a fighter, and fights way too tentative compared to his early career. Yes Wilder lost to Fury but hes still a very dangerous puncher, and hasn't changed his mentality of attacking like Joshua has.

Wilder has game changing power from his right hand. He's very susceptible to being backed up though. If AJ trains correctly and comes forward...he can definitely win a possibly stop Deontay too

Wilder gets seriously over rated its unbelievable. He's good at what he does and he kos low level/ out of prime guys impressively.
The reality is he has faced one truly elite guy and took home a draw and two stoppage losess.
Fury had literally one ko In the 8 fights leading to wilder 2 and one impressive win against wlad. The rest were bums.
Both guys stock riding so high purely off of 3 fights against each other.
    Crazy .

That's quite shocking actually. Wilder doing his usual smoke and mirrors act. Early in his career it was fighting a ton of nobodies and building up a fancy looking knockout ratio. Now it's fighting the same guy multiple times and knocking out lower level guys in the interim. I'll hand it to him; he's really effective at pulling this off.

Wilder KO's Usyk & Ruiz Jr in his sleep meanwhile AJ been getting slapped around by these midgets and struggling with Helenius who Wilder did beat in his sleep.

Wilder putting his life on the line to try and beat Titan Fury who is the best heavyweight of all times is much more commendable. LEVELS.

AJ is not on the level of Fury, Wilder or Usyk. NEVER WAS. NEVER WILL BE. A BIG USELESS LUMP.

AJ has never beat a legit reigning champion. He got gifted a gold medal. Bought his first belt then barely survived retirement Wlad to keep Fury's belts warm before a little fatman and a midget took them off him permanently. He's Manufactured.

Joe Joyce is better than AJ and stands a better chance to beat both Usyk, Wilder and Fury over AJ. AJ is a NON ENTITY LIKE DILLIAN WHTYE. EDDIE HEARN BUMS.
