It was boxing. You are just don't know sh*t about it. There was no holding. Povetkin jumped in and ended up in the clinch time and again. This is part of boxing. Your beloved Tyson was a master of clinch. Every time he missed with left hook or got caught coming in he would tie opponents up. You should watch his full fights sometime instead of KO compilations.

And I'd watch any Tyson fight over the garbage I saw last weekend. How you can watch that and be proud of Wlad's performance is a mystery to me. That fight was one of the worst fights I've seen, and I've been watching boxing for over 40 years. Like I said I'm not even particularly a fan of Tyson but he knew how to entertain boxing fans, that's for damn sure.

And you're welcome to your collection of Wlad fights, I'll stick to my Lewis, Holyfield, Duran, Foreman and Tyson fights any day of the week.

Byrd is a nice guy but given that both Povetkin and Wlad stopped Byrd in their respective fights I would take his tactical advise with a grain of salt.

Makes me know the difference between a good fight and a bad fight, and how you or anyone else can say they enjoyed watching that fight is truly a mystery to me.

And surely I can't be the only one who thinks Wlad was good enough that he could have KO'd Povetkin without having to hug and hold, more often than he punched. I expected more from him and I think you should have too.

 

Why is that interviewer speaking german in the mouth of Lewis? I can't hear what he's saying. I suprised Lewis kept his composure and didn't knock him out for keep interrupting him.
