adamek will not beat wladimir. He may knock him down however i doubt he will get into his range.

I don't think there will be much interest for this fight. The result is a foregone conclusion. Haye-Vitali is much more interesting, granted Vitali would also be a huge favorite (though before the Wlad fight many seemed to be convinced Haye would destroy the old robot). Adamek is the one who deserves another payday for what he does in the ring, unfortunately fans would rather reward Haye for his outlandish antics outside of it.

 

Wlad vs adamek would be pointless, Adamek is just too easy to hit and be walking into jabs to a TKO by round 5-6. Call it being 'A warrior' (I'd call it downright stupid) if you like, but to be honest, I find one sided uncompetitive brutal beatings a little hard to stomach.

 

Because Haye performed significantly better than Adamek against the younger, faster and harder-hitting brother!?

Because Haye poses a constant threat due to his 1-punch-KO power even if he's being outpointed round by round.

Because Haye, unlike Adamek, has a crazy entertaining personality and is guaranteed to entertain you in the build-up.

Because Haye is fast and while Wlad has never had Problems with fast fighters Vitali might find himself in an uncomfortable situation against Haye.


I'm not saying Haye'd defeat Vitali but the appeal of the fight is apparent. At HW Haye is twice the boxer Adamek is.

 

None of these facts matter here on esb. What matters most is showing 'effort' and being 'a warrior', even if that means you are walking into punches for 10 rounds to a slow and brutal one sided TKO.

 

Not until he beats another top 10 fighter which he probably will do in the next year.

Plus, it seems like some of the Klit fans are scared of Haye getting a shot at Vitali.


They want someone in there who is going to follow the script:
1. Praise the Klit Brother for the opportunity
2. Don't talk no ****, just shut up and fight
3. Walk blindly in to a barrage of boring jabs
4. Allow yourself to be weighed down and leaned on for 10 boring rounds
5. After being tired and punchdrunk from jabs, fall over and be KO'd



Haye has shown no signs of doing any of these, so they say "He's not a warrior, and he's a brash loudmouth who doesn't deserve the payday." Since when did we start talking about who deserves to get paid? That's some of the most bitchified **** I have ever heard.

 

Those things Haye said are called fight hype. Don't be silly. What kind of boxing fan really gives a **** about the **** Haye said about Wlad before the fight.


Bottom line: Why are you so scared of putting Haye in there with Vitali?

 

You act as if Haye didn't land the most meaningful punch of the entire fight. And he did so in the 12th round.


Had Wlad been in there with a referee that didn't follow the script of letting him hold David for 12 seconds, we would have seen something completely different.
