50% of all pro boxers who have passed OSDT are known PED users.

These tests are what the boxing commission implemented. All boxers undergo these tests. No exceptions even if he's Shane Mosley.

After hearing Mosley's deposition, well, it appears as if Pac could be fighting both BALCO and Mosley at the same time!

All championship Boxing events are tested for. However, if a sport doesn't have large scale random drug testing in and out of competition they don't want to catch drug cheats. The tests Mosley will do for this fight will be minimal and even if he was using would be easy to get round i.e very few people get caught during scheduled drug tests.

I'm not saying either are using PEDs, just that the anti-doping measures aren't anywhere near advanced.

Any increased measures seem more to aid the perception of self regulation than any actual substance.

I also read the story about 5 of 16 boxers in non title fights on the same card got caught for doping last week, but the tests were a joke i.e. not lab completed in controlled environments with an A and B sample so legally open to challenge. The fighters that tested positive are now given 45 days to give a negative test. That has to be a joke too, even if you used more PEDs than Ben Johnson you could give a negative test after 45 days!
