If Holyfield could survive the initial onslaught then I give him a good chance of winning. But it's a pretty big if.

Hhmm, I can't disagree, i guess Holy could be cagey if he could control the urge from just wanting to go toe to toe.

If he boxed the right fight, I think he could pull it off after some shaky and scary moments in the opening rounds. I think he'd stop a weary Foreman late.

I can't see Foreman hitting hard enough to stop Holyfield in 5. The man survived the artillery of Lennox Lewis, Riddick Bowe, Mike Tyson, Ray Mercer, Michael Moorer etc. If he could've been stopped in 5, odds are, one of them would've turned the trick.

Moorer didn`t hit Holy wit the kind of power that Foreman hit with in his prime, Tyson missed most of his punches v Holy and there`s a vid of him explaining how Foreman`s straight punches were more dangerous than Tyson`s shots that came round in hook motion very often.

Holyfield couldn't resist a brawl and you cant brawl with a prime George. George gets him out in less than 4 rounds I think.

I would favor Holyfield in this fight. Faster, more skilled, and better conditioned. He also had the better chin.

Foreman was a puncher's puncher, but he's really over rated thanks to the match ups he had.

Foreman`s chin was rock solid, the punches he took off Lyle were harder than the punches Bowe hit Holy with in all three fights and Holy`s reflexes were not quicker than George`s fists, Holy got tagged often, he also stated Foreman`s punches were more dangerous than Tyson`s because they were straighter and that`s in 1990 when he was slower. I think George at 40 was able to hit Holy more than Tyson was at 30-31 and a younger George had faster hands than a 40 year old George and he swent to the body very well also.

Foreman was able to land 10 shots on Holy in the first round of their 1990 match, his defense was awful in that bout, his body was on the center line too much.

Holyfield had the heart and toughness to but he would have to find a way to weather that storm. It may be a series of fights.

Better chin? You need to watch some boxing matches before posting nonsense mate!
