    that when you throw a right uppercut from an orthodox (Northeastpaw) stance, you must have your lead foot's pinky toe curled downward for leverage or else it turns into an upward jab? Also, if your head isn't tilted left with your chin on your clavicle and the back foot doesn't pivot at a 45 degree angle, you're not technically "cutting" so much as "hooking" or upwardly "jab hooking". It seems like some of you don't really know boxing. Please grasp these facts if you want to discuss the sport without sounding too ignorant. :thumbsup

    In an effort to verify your conclusions on the right uppercut, and the heretofore, aforementioned thread concerning the mysterious "right hook", I inadvertently typed "asian gash" into the google machine. Unfortunately, I didn't retrieve anything on the hook or uppercut, but the imperical data shows that redhead ***** tastes the best, with asian ***** coming a close second. I'm setting out to independently verify this fact, but in doing so, if i find anything on the hook or uppercut, I'll get back to you.

    truth is you can usually tell the posters who boxed before from the ones who didnt...for intelligent useful insight it goes....

    1 Dumb guys who never boxed

    2 smart guys who never boxed (but because they use better english they can sound like they know allot to the dumb guys who never boxed)

    3 Dumb guys who did box (though you have to get past the badly constructed arguments to get to the wisdom). On the surface they can sound like they know less then the smart guys who didnt box..but they in fact know more.

    4 Smart Guys who did box

    of course 1 is the lowest...5 is the best......

    ps if sugar ray robinson and archie moore are in heaven..given the wisdom of the god head..they are a 6...god himself is a 7.

    my point about commentors calling every left hand from south paws "left hook" was actually much better then the various "Ricky Hatton vs Terrry McGovern" threads going on....

    Yeah, well, I LOVE Floyd Patterson. So there.

    Strickland/SRR is a tossup, because Strickland started heavier and Robinson was mostly speed. SNV VS MP...no contest. The REAL Sugar man beats all in his prime.
