I think that is flattering Haye. He isn't really that much better, that's why he is taking these kind of fights.

    :rofl

Linear cruiserweight champ compared to Audley.

You can hate Haye all you want for not making the fights he promised, but he's worlds above Audley.

I was a fan until about 2 months after the Ruiz fight, when it became clear he wanted no part of either Klitschko. His reputation at heavyweight lives and dies by his willingness to fight a Klitschko

That's the crux of it really, isn't it? If he fights a Klitschko after Harrison, then this fight isn't such a disgrace. If he doesn't, then I'm pretty much done with him as a fan.

Well at least Haye v Harrison is for a recognized belt. We haven't stooped to PPVs for an IBO belt at outrageous catchweights @cruiser!

We've had a IBO title fight as a main event PPV.

The Aussies are being taken for a ride by Green and Mundine. Even Fenech came back to fight Nelson again.

David Haye is definitely taken the fans for a ride. He has admitted Audley isn't a worthy challenge, is a joke etc So he thinks the same as we do as Audley. His justification for this fight is people want him to shut Fraudley up. This is a lie and the forums, his facebook etc show it.

The truth is he wants to mug off the mainstream fans, Haye apologists who'll suck him off if he wanted and the hardcore fan that simply can't help himself but to buy anything on PPV. Unfortunately this may still amount to about a million buys.

I really hope Haye gets a career ending injury and/or the PPV bombs.

Anyone fancy a drinking game later tonight? One shot every time Achilles says "apologists", you might want to get a decent dinner into your stomachs first though...

Thats an irony because the ones that seem to be getting upset here are the ones that used to want to suck Haye off but don't want to suck him off any more because he lied to them.

Most people who didn't want Hayes **** in the their mouth when he was a Cruiserweight are pretty "ho-hum" about Haye-Harrison.

Average Poms don't know **** about boxing. The hardcore boxing fan pom knows wussup but doesn't care. It's like WWE wrestling. You know it's fake but you don't care. The "bad blood" between Haye and Harrison is so fake but if you use your imagination you can almost start to believe it's real. Not that I'll be buying it but plenty of people will. This fight will be a success.

I think you'll find most people think this fight is ****.

Haye has been quite honest and admitted that Audley doesn't deserve a shot and he will get bounced about all night - which is spot on. The trash talk seemed a bit scripted, whether these two like each other or not. I've been an ardent supporter of Haye but I'm coming to the realisation that after Valuev, he isn't really looking for the big fights like he claimed he was. There were many other routes he could have taken here even if a Klitschko wasn't one of them.

Will I get the fight? Yeah, I probably will. It's £15, what the ****? Especially if they are tagging Pac - Margo on the same night. I just hope he then defends against a decent opponent and then ultimately fights WALDO. Which, I still think he will.
