at first i misread your post and thought you said leon spinks v. gerrie cotzee...which, interestingly enough i could see that too...hence my deleted post above which responded to the wrong fight. in any case, i think your suggestion of michael spinks v. gerry cooney might turn out to be very prophetic come fight night. the longer, stronger, heavier man just packing too much wallop behind decent control for the smaller, quicker man to have the room or the margin for error to operate and fight his fight. cooney wasn't quite the technician klitschko is, but the game built around the booming 1-2 is definitely there and it may well be the difference in the fight.
