Do we all agree Lucas is the true LW 140 King?

    he's the best at 140, but he has to beat Garcia to be the king. At the moment, I don't see anybody as the true king though

    Marquez shouldn't be in the discussion to be rated number 1- he's had one fight at the weight and it wasn't against a top fighter and the performance wasn't anything to write home about.
