Actually Pac has no way of knowing that PBF isn't gonna accept the 24 day cut-off date. So that proves right there he isn't scared of fighting him.

Even if Floyd believes that the 24 day cut-off date doesn't mean **** but that a 14 day cut-off date is acceptable, Pac has no way of knowing that.

You don't negotiate for over a month with a guy that you are scared to fight. And you don't make him a final proposal that he could easily accept.

 

So Floyd wasn't afraid of Pac either, because he made the final offer of 14 days and had no idea Pac wouldn't accept right? Pac came down 65 days in his demands, Floyd came down 2 weeks. Floyd budged more, which tells me that Floyd wanted the fight more.
