3 months ago, I have injured my right wrist because i hit the bag too hard without handwraps. There was no swelling or red skin. I could still use my hand to lift things, they only hurt when I punch something. 3 weeks later, I could do boxing again but every since the injury i cannot throw a fullpower right hook/uppercut anymore without hurting my wrist. Did i permanently injure my right wrist?

Its not permanently, but it will take time to heal. Boxing will make that time longer. Try to strengthen wrists, and don`t punch bag without wraps.

I think it's safe to say that an injury won't make the wrist stronger at least. If it's permanent or not is impossible for any one to say over the internet, but if it hurts maybe you should let it rest?
