Do you agree that Pacquiao's win over Cotto is his best win?

Cotto. As in level of significance, definitely Barrera, but both Barrera and Morales were past it when Pacquiao lost and won against them. Cotto, MAB, and Morales either way were still some of the best fighters in the world when Pacman beat them.

    The man in my SIG.

Barrera was an elite fighter, Cotto is probably a B+ fighter, A- at best.

I agree, I think his best win is Cotto. Barrera was a shocker, stopping Morales too, but nobody ever imagined he would be able to completely annihilate a p4p top10 strong welterweight warrior like Cotto. That was beyond any imagination even after he stopped Barrera and Morales. Further, even after he destroyed David Diaz.

1st MAB, either one of the JMM fights, as good as Cotto is either one of these guys is a step above him. EM was too diminished in the rematch to count as a great win.

MAB was at his absolute best at 122, but he was by no means shot when he fought PAC and wasn't faded much either. Still an ATG level fighter.
