it wasn't for the undisputed title. it was for the IBF and the WBA titles.

What technical flaws do the Klits have?

I'd say it is relevant. Does it not say something about Foreman that a faded, lighter hitting, slower, more cautious version of the same fighter was able to reestablish himself as a contender and then champion after a huge period of inactivity? It is definitely relevant on the basis of comparing the two eras, which is useful for H2H matchups, right? If age and perception of "peak" wasn't so important than many fighters would not be rated the way they are.

    My mistake. Lineal title.

I don't think we can rate guys as big as Klitchko with Ali and Frazier and Marciano and Tyson and Holmes. I think they are a new breed of huge guys who should only be rated with guys like Bowe and Lewis and guys like that. Their size certainly is what helps them more than anything else. The Klitchko's are not better than Frazier p4p, but you put them in against the 207 pound Frazier who fought Ali and they devastate him and outclass him. So rating them with the old smaller heavyweights is not fair. I think there should be a superheavyweight class, but would there be enough fighters to make it interesting.

vitali couldnt stop a old, jaded and fat lennox lewis, so how the **** would he have been able to live with a focused, fit lennox?

wladmir, has been knocked the **** out three times, by brewsters, sandsers and purity......not far away from his peak years as a young man...THREE TIMES. name me any ATG fighter that gets sparked out from pillar to post (as wlad DID against each of those guys), during that stage of their respective careers

this is despite the fact, that the calibre of opposition, is limited to the likes of the nigerian 'nightmare', fat, oops i mean FAST eddie chambers, brewsters, sanders, austin, chagaev, arreola, briggs....fighters that were so abismal, that after a few rounds, they were about to collapse due to exhaustion, rather than any skills the klitschko's were displaying....even briggs the other night, he was done by the 5th round, imagine that kind of briggs in the ring with a focused lennox or tyson, they would have buried his ass in the ring.

i hate all the klit nuthuggers far more than i hate the klits, cos its these mother****ers that are responsible for overrating them...end of the day the klits are fighting the **** thats around right now.

Not necessarily, the Klits have never faced a pressure fighter on joe's level ever, they don't have the uppercut or infighting skills to deal with joe, and wlad certainly can't take the man's arsenal. you're talking about the guy that made ali miss with more jabs than any fighter in history. jabs are 60-70% of the klitschko boxing style.

    Skills>Size.

I think they are. Vitali definitely and the latest version Wlad probably. It is hard to rate Vitali because he hasn't been really outboxed in the ring. I know he has 2 losses on injuries but he has not been outpointed or even knocked down for that matter. I really cannot say how Ali would fare with tall, technically sound boxer with great workrate like Vitali.

are you having a laugh? vitali couldnt comfortably deal with an old, slow, plodding, jaded lennox lewis....a peak lewis would have caved his face in...

vitali cant be mentioned in the same breathe as Ali
