if you look at the facts, its clear as day that he hasn't cheated. All you have to do is actually look into it before making an opinion.

At first, I was just giving him the benefit of the doubt. But after doing some research on the World Anti-Doping Agency about olympic-style drug testing, it's not even in doubt anymore. The compromise that Pac offered was good enough to ensure that he was not on performance enhancing drugs. No ifs, ands, or buts about it.
