Do you all really believe Wladimir is clean of drugs?

Until all boxers subscribe to VADA style testing (365 day testing) there will be abuse of the system.
If they are not using HGH/Steroids and then tapering off leading up to fight night, they are taking epo/synthetic testosterone.

Wlad is a model pro, and I don't believe he is...i have my doubts about many others though.

 

You have a source? If you search on this topic all the articles are about Wlad not agreeing to Povetkin's demands. I mean, it makes sense for the champ to dismiss a challenger making demands.

Sanctioning bodies really need to implement random blood testing for world championship fights and they should pay for it.

i agree all boxers should be tested as best as possible..

no sources im afraid man.im pretty useless at finding old articles and pretty much else on a computer..im am 100% certain other posters can point you in the right direction tho..

chef posted about it tho..and a few others quite some time ago..sorry i cant help tho..but like i said other better posters will be able to help im sure...

 

For anyone familiar with PEDs/HGH, there's simply nothing that even suggests Wlad isn't 100% clean. Nothing.

Tbh it's not exactly the wrong approach to take, if you aren't ready, As Wach wasn't (and never would have been), there's no point in taking a career-altering loss.

But the problem with the alphabet system is, Wlad would have been the ultimate goal for Povetkin in the old days, but now he can fight as a champion himself, a shadow of the real champion, picking and choosing his fights and earning a nice easy living
