and what has bellew done other then get dumped on his arse by journeymen, he was put down by a lad who was on prizefighter and had 2KO's in his 10 wins, i have a hard time believing bellew would stay undefeated if he fought the types of fighters cloud fought. i admire bellews courage but people need to stop getting star struck because he posts on the brit forum big deal.

Why has noone suggested the obvious solution, they don't need to split, Farnell needs to move to Liverpool.

You have constantly insulted me and called me names from day one on this forum.

All I have done here is question Tony Bellews reason for leaving farnell. bellew came on here and said why he left and it doesn't ring true with a lot of people. he came on and made that statement so its in the public realm to be discussed. I am simply discussing it and to me, it doesn't tell the full story.

You are a member of the Farnell camp so its obvious that you are biased but you can make your points without insults. Otherwise I would suggest going over to boxrec where everyone will kiss your arse and you will never get any criticism because you are a member of the Farnell camp.

At the end of the day- the majority of us arent professional boxers- if tony thinks that the commute is doing his boxing any good we should just respect the decision and his reasoning- alot of boxing has to do with the boxers mental state- just give him the benefit of the doubt for a few fights :good

How does it not 'ring true'? The fact he's going to be training out of Liverpool for this fight suggests it very much rings true. What you're claiming is nothing but speculation with that in mind.

Yes rather than one fighter moving away from Farnell clearly Farnell should move his entire gym to Liverpool and force everybody else to make the commute. That makes a lot of sense. Or better yet, he could tell his entire gym to **** off just so he can train Tony Bellew. Fantastic :happy

There's no reason to doubt him.

45 minutes there and back, if he's training twice a day, that's 3 hours a day. With 2 young kids he obviously wants to spend time with it makes sense.

At the end of the day he'll have his reasons and has left on good terms it's none of our business really.

Quite honestly, I don't care what the reason is.

It's not like anyone's broken a contract or anything. All the party's involved are grown men who can make their own decisions and live with it.
