Drugs cheat, yep. Inconsistent, yep... But he did enough at the kind of levels that puts him towards the top somewhere? Realistically yes.

There's a lot you can criticise, but he wasn't manufactured or a fraud.

No, I think he would have had a hard time with anyone in the top 30. I think a better question would be if people think he was better than the Kevin Johnson that fought Anthony Joshua in his 13th fight? Or the Marcelo Nascimento that Whyte and Parker fought early in their careers?

Well, with the shape the heavyweight division is in I'd say he's about 10.

 

In his prime from 2018 to 2021 he was around 4th to 6th worldwide for a while I'd say, so yes he was defo a top 10 HW for good few years at least. He did beat some good fighters.
