Do you know more than USAD VADA and Conte on the issue yes or no?

Did anybody associated with Manny say he was afraid of needles?

    Ortiz elite? :lol::lol::lol: GTFO!

And Barrera 1 and JMM 1&2 were prime when Pac beat them. They're elite.

HBO Sports president Ross Greenburg released a four-paragraph, five-sentence statement Monday which cast doubt upon the veracity of Floyd Mayweather Jr.; Mayweather’s best friend, Mayweather Promotions CEO Leonard Ellerbe; Golden Boy Promotions president Oscar De La Hoya and Golden Boy CEO Richard Schaefer and which forever eliminated any doubt about Mayweather’s intention: He’s ducking Manny Pacquiao.

    Floyd, as in avoid

This kid was possessed of greatness. Problem is, he’s not a kid anymore. He has no injury. He has no excuse. The fight game is only as big as its biggest fight. So don’t decry the state of boxing. Decry the state of Floyd Mayweather. That’s the problem.

“If (Mayweather) wanted to fight him, he’d be fighting him,” said Mosley.

Translation: He doesn’t want to have anything to do with Pacquiao.

Mayweather 'turns down $50 million to fight Pacquiao'
    ESPN staff

    April 8, 2011

Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. potential mega-fight appears unlikely to materialise after the latter refused $50 million to step into the ring with his Filipino rival.

The clamour for a bout between the two greats has grown in recent months but negotiations have always managed to hit stumbling blocks, with the pair falling out over the timing of blood tests taken before a possible showdown.

Last month Pacquiao's promoter claimed that Mayweather would only consider fighting the WBO welterweight champion if he was guaranteed to earn $100 million dollars - a request which would mean Pacquiao would have to "fight for nothing", according to Top Rank head Arum.

After the most recent negotiations between the two camps, Pacquiao's Canadian adviser Michael Koncz revealed that $50 million was offered to Mayweather but the American declined the proposal.

"A country that I won't name offered us $100 million to bring the Mayweather fight there," he told abs-cbnNEWS.com.
"So we, in turn, offered $50 million to Mayweather as a guarantee. If the pay-per-view comes in higher, Manny and Mayweather would make more. He refused the $50 million… It means he doesn't want to fight Manny at this point in his career. Very simple."

That's the official outcome of 2, I forgot 1 was a draw :D. If you have a problem with that, are you willing to admit Floyd lost JLC the first time around?

I always hear people say what you say and it doesn't even sound right. Floyd is not scared of PAC but he's afraid to lose his 0. That's the same as Floyd is scared of PAC.

probly no but it's apparent that i know more than you.

prove me wrong, in your own words, what advantage does blood testing have over urine testing of anabolic steroids, synthetic erythropoetin and HGH?

He is afraid of losing, he likes to go into the history as the best and his zero is important.
He maybe is not afraid to fight anybody but he is in a fear that somebody could knock him out ...
until he is not sure he can manage his opponent enough to win he is reluctant in
getting in the ring with him, which is understandable, but at some point the risk
of being not only beaten ... but knocked out brings a real fear and panic into
this head -the first case of that was vs Margo in 2008 and second is with PAC.

I think Floyd is scared not so much in the physical sense, but as others have said he's scared in the sense that he could lose to Pacquiao, and he's built a lot of his legacy with the emphasis that other great fighters have losses but he's undefeated. Floyd has carefully managed his career and he won't fight Pacquiao unless he feels that Pacquiao has slipped to the point where there's no doubt that he will beat him. Pacquiao as things stand now represents too much risk to Floyd's zero.

First of All Barerra was NOT in prime. He had already have a long battle worn career when he fought Pac and second of all. Marquez had a a slow moving unimpressive career when he fought Pac. which is why people only knew Morales and Barerra at the time. He may or may not have reached ATG status when he met Pac for the third time. Hell it took 5 years for them to fight for the second time which he was out of physical prime as well.

    1. i am man enough to admit that i probly don't know as much as those people....but, since you can't and didn't even try to tell me why blood testing is better than urine testing or vice versa, you don't question me anymore about what i say on this topic.

..what about victor conte and his blood testing request?? what's his reason so i can give a proper response.

    2. the needle rumor started because of miscommunication...arum assumed manny didn't want to get blood tested because he was afraid of needles. the reason manny didn't want to get blood tested was put on video way back in 2007. manny has never said he was afraid of needles.
