-Introduced Extra testing. Check. -Pac has missiles in his hands. Check. -Fighting Pac after Ortiz is CRAZY. Check. -My health is more important. Check. -Priced himself out. Check. Yup, Floyd is SCARED alright.
I always thought it was silly to assume a fighter of his status was "scared". But after hearing interviews where he stresses matters of his health and seconds later mentions how "unnatural" Pacquiao's abilities are, I believe he's nervous and concerned about getting hit by Manny.
Sorry, can't support that train of thought....Floyd is has the savvy of a pure buisness man, he's building up the event like no one in boxing history has. To think we have so many posters that beleive Floyd is scarred is absolutely re-donkulous and completely absurd. I anxious yes, concerned yes, a bit apprehensive yes....scared :verysad
the 40 million is not a good offer but i would say a 45-45 and 10 to the winner is good since Mayweather's highest payday is 50 million (cotto) while Pacquiao's is 25 million, seems fair dont you think? im pretty sure if both camps took the time to negotiate this could be made ******? what are we middle schoolers?
You have the hide to call people Idiots but do not know what OSDT is! For **** sake go and do some reading on the matter.
It's easy to say he's not scared but I've never heard of a boxer who said that his health is more important against a tough opponent. Also a boxer who asks a lot of demands and excuses one after the other is very obvious that he is scared.
Of course Floyd's scared. This fight would have happened already in early 2010, if Floyd hadn't feared Pac. That's when he decided to "clean up the sport." It was a go then, but Floyd got cold feet. Everybody knows, including Foreman Duran Holyfield Hopkins Delahoya Hagler Roy Jones Junior Tim Bradley. Sugar Shane Mosley. Demarcus Corley They all know the score. Floyd fears Pac. :deal
Of course Floyd is **** scared. Look if both guys wanted the fight it would have happened by now. We live in a world were the two best fighters don't NEED to fight each other. I just find it funny that both *******s and *****'s blame the other side, when in reality BOTH sides have avoided this for different reasons. Floyd is NOT a warrior who takes the big risks and if you think he is then I am sorry you are deluded. Please refer to Hagler and Hollyfield to establish a bench mark of what a warrior is.
Just like he was scared of Oscar Just like he was scared of Hatton Just like he was scared of Mosley Just like he was scared of Cotto
Why do people keep repeating Peterson got caught by Urine like the CIR test isn't what caught him...His testosterone levels were like 3:1 and NSAC as well as USADA would have passed that along as fine...So a standard Urine test run by these organizations wouldn't have caught Peterson..as evident by him passing his urine test after Khan/Peterson 1...Pac agreed to unlimited Urine testing before the CIR test was even mentioned...not the same thing..and to say a professional fighter is scared of anybody is crazy. The man spars with bigger men then him all the time...smh..
After getting in the ring with cotto then watching pac toy with cotto like a cat with a mouse I am sure the fight will never happen Floyd wants none of that.
I'd say worried more than actually being scared. He sees something in Pac that makes him hesitant to sign and fight. Maybe it's the other fighters Pac's put a hurt on, maybe it's the fact that Pac will press him non-stop, maybe it's his SP stance, power, and angles. But Floyd isn't sure he can win, and all the tweets and false bravado are pretty transparent compared to his actions. Floyd can't NOT talk about Pac. It's so clear Pac is in his head, and not in a good way. Floyd's a gambler, but he's refusing to take his biggest, most lucrative, and history making gamble.
