Discuss. 49-0 by the end of his career if it all goes well for him. He will be by far and away the best fighter to retire undefeated. Crazy stuff for Mr.Mayweather arty Do you think this man will retire undefeated? DISCUSS Possible 50-0
Really, its impossible to say. It depends on so many things: how long he goes on for, if he gets injuries, who he fights, what weight he fights at, etc. He certainly COULD, he is dedicated and he doesn't look to have aged much and if he faces the Khan's and Maidana's in the next year or 2 he may well end up with his 0 intact.
I think him being undefeated with his resume is very impressive, So I would not be suprised if he lost. If he does go undefeated by the end of his shotime contract, then I believe he will keep fighting & probably loose a fight. Floyd is a great self promoter in the sense of boxing, other then that I dont think his other investments/companys are ground breaking. Also I don't think a loss means that much to floyd, I remember during the canelo fight he had mentioned that win or loose that it did not effect him & his family. Clearly showing a loss has passed his mind.
Floyd "TBE" Mayweather said in San Antonio TX, while in the press conference for the fight against Cinnabum Kid (where he arrived late) that he will fight a few more fights or maybe just one more to get his 50-0
