    Shane is just cashing out and his share in GBP is really not worth as much as he can get in big fights.
    GBP wanted JMM or PBF to fight Pac, not Shane.

    So Shane cashed out.
    Arum was just there to take advantage of the situation... as always.

    I doubt it. Arum is scum but reasonable scum compared to some of the leeches in team Pac.

    Pac and Arum had the fight all but signed before Mayweather pulled his random blood testing demands.

    They then sought the fight a second time and Pac apparently agreed to either a 7 day cutoff or testing all the way up to the fight, only for Mayweather to declare he was going on vacation and didn't feel like fighting.

    Did Arum welcome these situations? Of course he did, he made a heap of money pitting Pac against Top Rank fighters. But was he to blame? Hell no!
