    Well?

105 in the other thread votes indicating Pac - Bradley was fixed to some degree, regardless of whether you personally think the fight was close, could Marquez have won without a KO?

Nah. . I do think that pac went in with the advantage of being the "house fighter", and thus would get the nod in any close rounds, which he did. . . I thought it was just a regular "hometown" type decision - not a robbery at all, and one that you wouldn't have to stretch, and come up with incredulous theories to justify the win. . .

I believe atleast one of the judges was bought, the 116-112 scorecard. That was unfair on Pacquiao, as it obviously was on Marquez, helping draw more of the fans ire over the result. It was a close fight imo, could've gone either way

For ****'s sake, Vidic. That was the single most racist GILF pornography I have ever seen in my entire life. And that's saying something. For me. I watched all of it. And it was ALL offensive. :bart

There are no appropriate responses for me. . Becuase it's not when he necessarily "wants Pac to lose", or to win. . .

Arum only "fixes" fights when the financial benefits need to be secured. . For Pac/Marquez, it didn't matter enough who won, because he would have an even MORE LUCRATIVE REMATCH, and he would get the promoter's fee from both Marquez, and Pac cause Marquez still had a fight under him. . .

With Bradley, the fear was that Pacquiao was going to RETIRE. . AND/OR LEAVE HIM. . . Thusly, Arum needed to start thinking about the future. . . So in turn, a Bradley win, ESPECIALLY in a fashion like this, would STILL allow him to cash out with Pac (if Pac sticks around for a few more fights), AND he has his "long term" investment with all the attention he now needs for the future.

Also, Arum doesn't "overtly fix" the fights. . There are no sit downs in classy italian restaurants, or undercover meetings where briefcases are exchanged, and the plot is laid out. . It's simply a "subconscious 'MEETING OF THE MINDS'", if oyu will, between him and the judges. . . They know "what he wants.", and if they want to keep reaping all the perks, and getting to work high profile fights, then they'll do as he wants

He turns them down in person, but then he goes and watches them at home. I just don't understand it. :huh
