    ....that he hopes one day he can break Holmes record? Did any body else hear it?

    Foreman, he was just being polite. Stewart that reitarted that Vitali want's to fight only at most twice.

    I wasn't sure if it was Holmes or Foreman. In any case, what record was he talking about?

    if he wants to break Foremans record then he would need to be champion for 10 more years! I don't see it happening! But if so he would be raining champion longer then Holmes and most likely have more defenses?

    He said (smiling) that he DIDN'T want to break George Foreman's record, when asked about how much longer he would stay on.

    In other words, he's planning on retiring soon, for keeps.


    He never mentioned Holmes.

    My bad. Was he talking about the record of Foreman being the oldest HW champ?

    I see Vitali retiring within 12-18 months. He's 38 now.
